Robert Silberstein has been performing and teaching in the area for many years. He has been the first chair reed in the Kennedy Center Opera House Show Orchestra for more than 20 years, and has also played shows at the National Theatre. His TV experience includes Kennedy Center Honors and Christmas In Washington. He has performed with guitarist Charlie Byrd's trio, Louie Bellson's band, and orchestras accompanying Nat Cole, Johnny Mathis and Frank Sinatra, among others. He has taught instrumental music in Prince George's public schools, and has a Bachelor of Music from the Eastman School of Music and a Master of Music from Catholic University.
Lessons are $25 for 30 minutes, and are held in Silver Spring, MD.
