Cajons are box-shaped percussion instruments originally from Peru, played by slapping the front or rear faces with the hands, fingers, or various implements such as brushes, mallets or sticks. They are enjoying increasing popularity in acoustic settings due to their versatility of sounds and portability. (plus they double as a seat!)
The LP Aspire Cajon houses a set of wire snares for vibrant flamenco trills and rich bass tones. The durable plywood front panel is adjustable with varying screw tension. Large rubber feet keep the cajon in place during play.
All wood construction with Siam Oak sound board. Three sets of internal snare wires (not adjustable). Plywood front panel is adjustable with varying screw tension. Large rubber feet & textured seating surface. 12 inches x 11.75 inches x 17.25 inches. A great starter cajon.
