Gibson LG-0 dating between 1973-1975 (serial number A005064). This instrument was part of the collection of the late Johnny Fox, sword-swallower and performer for many years at the Maryland Renaissance Festival, who passed away from cancer in late 2017. We are selling it on behalf of Johnny's estate.
Our luthier refitted and reglued the bridge, reglued some braces, cleaned the frets and did a general setup. Now playing nicely - action on high E measures 5/64", on low E 6/64". Nut width is 1 9/16. Great guitar for acoustic blues fingerpicking.
Some cosmetic wear commensurate with age, but no structural issues, and overall good condition. The original hard case is included, in fair condition: handle is missing and replaced with a functional rope handle, and exterior covering peeled off at top. All latches work.
