ca. 1930. Great-looking 19-fret resonator model from the middle of the Slingerland line - more elaborate than some of the simpler open-back 17-frets, and below the more sophisticated tone ring models. Nearly new at 80+ years!
Excellent condition throughout, including fine nickel plating. Neck plays perfectly. All original hardware, including valuable pre-war Presto tailpiece, good friction pegs, modern arm rest added and new "frosted" mylar head.
Strung standard tenor CGDA. Can be converted to Irish tuning - may require new geared pegs ($120+). Set up and guaranteed for structural soundness and playability 90 days by luthier-owner; sold as-is cosmetically. With patched up old chipboard case.
