Local old-time expert Noah Bowman is on hand to lead you through old-time jam skills. This is a weekly drop-in class for adults who can play their instrument but aren’t quite sure what to do in an old-time jam. Bring your instrument of choice! Fiddles, banjos, mandolins, and guitars are all encouraged. Play another instrument? Give us a heads up so we know to expect you (you can type a message in the "special instructions" section of your order).

Noah will record a couple of tunes in advance - check our Facebook page so you can get the tune in your ear. In class you’ll learn how to put it together with a group, strengthen your understanding of chords and melody, and gain comfort picking up tunes on the fly.
