1960's Epiphone Serenader 12-string. Slope shoulder body with double binding, solid spruce top, solid mahogany back & sides, pin bridge. 2-inch nut width, 24 5/8" scale.
Our senior luthier just did a bridge reglue (complete removal, corrected warp and reglued), as well as a full setup with fret touchup, adjustments to the neck, nut, saddle & tuners, cleaned and restrung with D'Addario EJ38 light phosphor bronze. Now in very good condition.
There is a small nick in the headstock, and a finish crack on the top (treble side) that is not of structural concern. Guild hardshell case included.
