Kentucky KM-630 F-style mandolin with solid spruce top, likely solid maple back & sides, maple neck with truss rod, gold tuners & hardware, pickguard, rosewood fretboard with pearl dot inlay, full body binding. A TKL-brand hard case is included.
This is a discontinued model which has gone through a couple of redesigns over the years. This mandolin comes through us through an estate collection. We're not able to date it exactly, but based on comparing the label to others, we believe it's from the late 1980s/early 90s, which means it's likely an all-solid model.
As you'll see in the photos, the pickguard protective cover hasn't even been removed! The previous owner was more of a collector than a player, and the mandolin appears barely played. No fretwear or notable cosmetic defects. Restrung in our shop.
