This Martin D12-20 was made in 1974 (serial 341960), and has had one owner, who is downsizing and regrettably needs to part with it. In 2016, it had a neck reset & refurbishment (including new saddle) done by Mike Dove, a well-respected luthier. It underwent full inspection in our shop and is still in great condition. There is some minor pitting on the low frets, but it does not effect playability. No issues with bridge, cracks, or other structural concerns - plays extremely well.
The D12-20 is a slope-shoulder dreadnought 12-string with solid spruce top, solid mahogany back & sides, 1 7/8" nut width and 24 3/4" scale length.
Original thermoplastic case included. Shipping is $100 within the continental US.
