A traditionally-inspired gypsy jazz guitar with a D-shaped soundhole: the Paris Swing GG-42 Model 42 D-Hole Gypsy Jazz Acoustic Guitar.
Crafted in the image of the original Selmer-style instruments and assembled in the same carved workshop as the best-selling Loar and Recording King guitars, the Paris Swing Model 42 represents an exceptional value for players looking for a high-quality gypsy jazz guitar at a more modest price point.
The Model 42 from Paris Swing is made with rosewood back and sides along with a solid Engelmann spruce top that features a distinctive "big mouth" (or "grande bouche") D-shaped soundhole. It offers a deep, rich sound plus all the snap and quick decay that players want from a gypsy jazz guitar. The GG-42 also sports a a 26.4" scale length, a maple neck with rosewood inserts, a rosewood fingerboard and mustache bridge, a set of precise Grover tuners, and a nickel-plated brass Maccaferri-style tailpiece. A Maccaferri-style soundhole rosette and multiple ebony & maple purfling round out this vintage-inspired package.
Hard shell case included.
