Unmarked but headstock indicates Regal. Founded in 1908, Regal was one of the largest manufacturers of guitars and ukuleles from the 1930s to the 1950s.
One of their nicer models. All solid woods : mahogany neck and sides, curly koa top and back, rosewood fingerboard. Linings top and back. All original, including simple friction pegs.
Some scrapes and scratches, one professionally repaired top crack, but structurally sound and has a wonderful, clear tone. Good player and a great addition to any collection.
