GarageBand is a simple, intuitive application for recording multitrack audio. Learn to set up an audio interface to achieve the best possible sound while working with this and any DAW (digital audio workstation). Learn the basics of recording live sound, midi and using Garageband’s rich loop library. Perfect for layering vocal harmonies, instrumental arrangements or preparing podcasts, knowing how to use GarageBand is a practical skill for anyone.
This workshop also functions as Creating Video Collages 201. If Acapella app is the simplest way, learning GarageBand gives you tools to approach a more complex and creative method for making multi-screen videos.
Led by local award-winning singer-songwriter Lea Morris .
