Steel String Guitar ca. 1930 w/Egyptian Desert Caravan Graphic (used)

Regular price $ 548.00

Unlabeled, American-made (could be Regal, Kay, Oscar Schmidt, etc) steel string guitar ca. 1930. Parlor size body of solid slab-cut beechwood - no laminates. Extensively reconditioned, rebraced and structurally solid. Lovely Saharan graphic of pyramids and caravan; very rare. Painted "binding" restored.

Ladder-strut bracing, all reglued and modified to correct and resist warpage. Reset V-contour neck joined at 12th fret; excellent action. New ebony pin bridge modeled after original. New "Golden Age" repro tuning machines. Finish flaws retouched.

Guaranteed 90 days for structural integrity and playability by luthier-owner. Sold cosmetically as is. No case.
