Strad-O-Lin Mandolin, 1938 (used)

Regular price $ 589.00

Made with solid woods throughout, including spruce top, producing a fine sound at a fraction of the cost of a prewar Gibson A model. Stamped on inside back, Jan 4, 1938.

Excellent condition and playability, with original pickguard, tailpiece, tuners and adjustable rosewood bridge. Low-cost in their day, Strad-o-Lins are known for sounding "better than they ought to" and this is one of the best sounding ones we have come across! Well constructed and among the best values in a solid-wood vintage arch-top mandolin.
