The CR Tripod Stand fits any NS Design electric cello, Omni Bass or Double Bass. It's an upgrade over the NXT tripod stands. Steel construction with full height and tilt adjustments allows the player to select the ideal position, seated or standing. The stand folds for storage and fits in the gig bag. Weight is 3.6kg (8 lbs.).

She says: "When I purchased my CR4 cello, this was the only option available at that time - but after the NXT and WAV series were introduced, I found I preferred the CR-series stand to the NXT stand. It provides more height and angle-adjustability options, and I find the legs don't get as much in the way of your feet or chair as with the NXT stand. The CR stand is heavier at 8 lbs (as opposed to 4.5 lbs on the NXT), but it's also more heavy-duty. If you find the NXT stand isn't meeting your needs, I recommend this one as an upgrade."
