Varanasi Market Radha Krishna Sitar w/ Pickup in excellent condition.
Varanasi Market was a retail market place in Bombay, now no longer in business. This model appears to be a Player level Grade #2 Radha Krishna Sharma sitar and sports a double gourd, elaborate pen & ink engravings, fancy tuning pegs that work well, a bottom tumba with a very nice "grape leaf" overlay, and a functional pickup. The strings are in good shape, and the frets are tight.
