Fine example of one of the most favored jazz-era tenor banjos, with the famous Vega Tubaphone tone ring. Serial number 66744 (1925). Excellent condition, superb tone.

All original parts and finish, except for new frosted mylar head, Kerschner adjustable tailpiece and Gotoh planetary tuners. Pie-section resonator with individual flanges, nickel plating in excellent condition. Very little wear, absolutely no issues.

Professionally cleaned, polished, retouched and set up in Irish tuning (GDAE). Guaranteed 90 days by luthier-owner for structural integrity and playability. Sold cosmetically as-is.

Includes reconditioned original Vega hardshell case.
