Eastman Uptown archtop guitar in very good condition.

This awesome Eastman archtop has been fully setup-- including a fret polish and pickup repair-- and plays beautifully. There are significant cracks in the binding along the pickguard, lower backside bout, and fretboard. The binding has been reglued, but is not flush with the wood and still shows cracks. This does not affect the playability of the guitar. Please see photos for further detail.
