Orpheum No. 3 Hybrid 5-String Resonator Banjo in very good condition
This is a hybrid Orpheum No. 3, meaning that the rim assembly is authentic, except the aluminum flange that was later added. A neck replacement was grafted to the No. 3 headstock, which bears the No. 3 inlaid faceplate, and the original heel.
Recent Repairs (completed July 2026):
- All hardware disassembled, cleaned, and polished
- New Remo Fiberskyn head installed
- Added second lag bolt
- New Waverly-style tailpiece installed
- New 5/8" maple/ebony bridge
