Hand made by Dr. George Orthey in Newport Pennsylvania. This beautiful example appears to be made with walnut and spruce. Pads are all in excellent condition with all chords ringing true, plenty of volume and lush tone. Unique tuning has single bass notes, treble strings double coursed (D-D, E-E etc) up until the last four strings that are single notes (A,B,C#,D). Chord bars are unlabeled but we included a key in the pocket!
