Gibson J-45 Standard Acoustic-Electric Guitar (used)

Regular price $ 2,199.00

Gibson J-45 made in 2021. Previous owner (a pro player in our area) had an LR Baggs Anthem pickup installed (hybrid system with mic blend; one of our favorite pickup options). They also swapped out the original Grover tuners with the lighter 60s-style tuners. Very good condition. Some light fretwear, but does not compromise playability. Cosmetic marks include impressions from capo on back of neck, small smudge from soundhole controls, shallow chipping around headstock, some pick marks. All typical play-wear. Gloss finish was difficult to photograph without reflections.

Original hard case included. Shipping is $100 within the continental US.

The J-45 is Gibson's best-selling acoustic of all time. Nicknamed "The Workhorse" and first introduced in 1942, this iconic acoustic has become the cornerstone of its round-shoulder, dreadnought line. World-renowned for its full, balanced expression, warm bass, and excellent projection, the J-45 has been refined to carry this legacy to new heights. The Gibson J-45 Standard delivers a sound with incredible dynamic range, warm mids, and a tight punchy bass.
